SKS Tower in Moakhali stands as a premier commercial high-rise development in Dhaka, operated by Sena Kalyan Sangstha. Awarded in September 2019 and efficiently commissioned by February 2020, PCPL designed and deployed a powerful 100.52 kWp rooftop solar installation atop the complex. Generating reliable clean power with a 100 kW AC output, the system produces an impressive 116 MWh of expected yearly generation. This landmark urban deployment provides building operators with guaranteed long-term energy savings, significantly reducing the tower's dependency on the national grid while establishing a bold statement for sustainable commercial real estate in the capital.
